We made the restrictions very enjoyable by combining my favorite pursuits of cooking, eating and photography during our stay at home. One day we tried a recipe we saw on TV, another day we thought about what we could do with the ingredients we had left at home, and the result was always delicious and brought us to the table as a family. I decided to collect them all in a book, as I thought it would make me very happy to protect the photos I took during and after the production phase from the ephemerality of social media and to have them gather around a cheerful table for those who read and tried the recipes.
This is not a recipe book. We tried to make all the recipes in the book with products that are easy to find and usually available at home (kidney and rock bass may not usually be at home). You can add or remove any ingredients you want to make it your own or create a new recipe. I think the most enjoyable part of cooking is the possibility of instant change.
